Consumer Terms of Sale
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SALE CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER AND RETAIN A COPY OF THESE TERMS AND YOUR ORDER FORM FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

1. These terms of sale apply to all goods and services supplied to you by

Accessories 4 Retail through its site.

2. Once you complete your order on the site, you will receive an order acknowledgement mail from Accessories 4 Retail and there after we will verify your details and subject to availability of the goods ordered and other events on which Accessories 4 Retail has no direct control, you will receive an order acceptance mail.

If we cannot accept your order, due to a pricing error, payment authorization problem or unavailability of ordered goods, we will notify you by telephone or email.

4. We have the right to cancel the order/terminate the sale if the price of the goods is not received from you in cleared funds.

5. Accessories 4 Retail may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.

You will have to follow the instructions while completing the order on the site.

Description, availability and Pricing:

1. The description and price of the goods you order will be as shown on the site at the time you place your order. We make every effort to ensure that prices shown on our site are accurate at the time you place your order.

2. Prior to delivery of goods, if we discover that the goods ordered are unavailable; we may terminate the contract and offer you replacement of goods or refund the sum that you paid. In these circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible.

3. Prior to delivery of goods, if we discover that some of the goods are unavailable, we will no longer supply those unavailable goods. In these circumstances, we will contact you detailing the unavailable goods.

We may offer that you:

a. places a new amended order for non-available goods;
b. accepts the available goods and cancel the order for unavailable goods, for which the refund would be given to you.
c. cancel your whole order and take refund;

If you have not cancelled the order within 7 days of intimation by us, we will deliver the available goods to you and refund the amount for the unavailable goods after deducting the processing charges.

4. Prior to delivery of goods, if we discover that any goods that you have ordered is mis-priced, we will notify you as soon as possible detailing the mis-priced goods and offering you the option of:

a. placing a new order at the correct price for those goods;
b. canceling the whole of your order; or
c. canceling your order for the mis-priced goods and reconfirming your order for the correctly priced goods. In case of clause b above, the payment will be refunded to you after deduction of processing charges.

If, within 7 days of our intimation to you, you have not responded by selecting one of the available options at conditions 4 above then:

a. if all of the goods you have ordered are found to be mis-priced, the entire order will be cancelled automatically and we will refund or re- ; credit you for any sum you have paid for those goods; or
b. if only some of the goods you have ordered are found to be mis-priced, our contract with you continues and we will deliver the correctly priced goods but we will not be obliged to supply you with the mis-priced goods. In these circumstances we will refund or re-credit you for any sum you have paid for the mis-priced goods.

5. To avoid any doubt, where goods are unavailable and you order alternative goods from us, or where goods have been mis-priced and you subsequently order such goods at the correct price, these terms of sale shall apply to the order and the supply of the relevant goods.

Payment
1. You can pay for the goods and delivery charges by Credit Card and Debit Card and Net Banking Facility of your bank &; Cheque/DD (only Indian customers).. Payment shall be due before the delivery date and time for payment shall be a fundamental term of this agreement, breach of which shall entitle Accessories 4 Retail to terminate the sale immediately. It is once again reiterated that the acceptance of payment for the goods should not be considered by you as acceptance of order by the Accessories 4 Retail.

2. There will be no delivery until we receive the cleared funds in our accounts.

3. The payment from your card will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your goods. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks including address verifications and authorisations by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. By ordering from us, you agree that we are authorised to charge your credit or debit card with the amount you owe us under this agreement. ;

Delivery
1. Accessories 4 Retail will deliver your ordered goods Worldwide.

2. Orders placed before 4.00 pm on a working day will be processed that day and may be delivered within 10-15 working days. (A working day is any day other than weekends and public holidays.)

3. If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under the Accessories 4 Retail ´s control Accessories 4 Retail will inform you as soon as possible and will try to make one more attempt to deliver the goods to you, if requested by you. Accessories 4 Retail will not be under an obligation to deliver the goods ordered and may in its sole discretion refuse to deliver the goods. In such event, Accessories 4 Retail will refund the payment made by you after deducting the direct costs and any sum that Accessories 4 Retail may incur in relation to making an attempt to deliver the goods.

4. If you deliberately fail to take delivery of the goods (otherwise than by reason of circumstances under control of the Accessories 4 Retail) then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Accessories 4 Retail , Accessories 4 Retail may store the goods until actual delivery and charge you for reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage;

5. Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, Accessories 4 Retail will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, the Accessories 4 Retail will inform you of any delay as soon as possible and will give you the option of canceling your order at this point.

6. Upon receipt of your goods, you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition on POD supplied by the delivery agent.

If the package does not appear to be in good condition or you discover that the goods were damaged in transit, then please refuse the delivery and put a suitable remark on the POD. Accessories 4 Retail may offer you replacement for such goods damaged in transit. In the event, the goods returned back are found to be in good condition, then you will not be offered any replacement and your amount will be refunded after deduction of processing charges and other direct costs involved in the entire process.

7. You must be personally available to accept the delivery of the goods and sign acknowledgement of delivery/ POD. You must also mention the registration/serial number on the POD of the same Photo ID document, the details of which was provided by you at the time of placing the order on the site). If the package appears damaged when it is delivered to you we advise you not to accept the delivery and inform us immediately at our customer service number 91-22-28692558 and also refuse the delivery and put a suitable remark on the POD.

8. In case you are not personally available to accept the goods, you must authorise the person who will be accepting the goods on your behalf and you must also give a signed copy of the identification document as detailed above to the authorised person to hand over the same to the delivery boy. ;

9. Shipments outside India may be subject to any import charges, duties, VAT or taxes – for which have to paid by your end. Please contact your local customs office for any questions regarding these specific fees. The prices on Accessories 4 Retail are exclusive of taxes or any other charges.
