Placing an Order
To order an item, click the “Add to Cart" button. Do this for all items you are interested in purchasing. When you are done shopping, you can view all your purchases by clicking on the “Shopping Cart" button at the upper right hand corner of the website. Confirm all the styles and quantities and hit the “Go Check Out" button.

Accessories 4 Retail uses a secure server and provides a quick and easy checkout process. For registered customers can sign-in and quickly checkout. New customers have to register first.

Order Confirmation
Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. You will be given an order number with which you can use to monitor the status of your order.

Order Modification
Please note that once an order has been placed we are unfortunately unable to make any modifications to the order.

Item availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site occasionally we do sell out of certain products. The product page will indicate if an item has been sold out. If for any other reason we are unable to ship an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Username & Password
Your username should be the email address we can reach you at regarding order, payment and Accessories 4 Retail news information. We will only send you Accessories 4 Retail sales/ promotions and new style updates once you finish the registration process.
If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the “Forgot your password" Button in the Customer login page. By providing your email address, via a secure, encrypted connection, Accessories 4 Retail will email you the password.

View Account Information
Log into your account, view or make the necessary changes to your account, (i.e. email address, password, billing address, etc.) Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on " Submit" The changes you have made will now be saved to your profile.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Accepted Forms of Payment
Accessories 4 Retail accepts the all major credit cards. We also accept Net Banking and Cheque/DD (Only from Indian customers). Rest of the word customer simply pays through Credit card only.

No other forms of payment are accepted at this time.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Policies and Options
Accessories 4 Retail uses only reputed couriers to ship all International orders & for Domestic orders we use local services. We abide by all regulations of the courier company, policies, and delivery limitations. At the checkout page, you are provided the shipping rates based on shipping address and package weight. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Shipping Method

We offer you an additional facility to choose your own shipping method, If you would like to receive your package through your specific courier or forwarder, then you can able to do so. Just you have to choose “Your Shipping Method" on Checkout process-2 (Shipping method page) & enter all details of your courier company or your nominated freight forwarder.

DOMESTIC
Inside India orders are shipped via our nominated couriers. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery from the time you have placed an order.

INTERNATIONAL
International orders are shipped via courier, but may require additional time in transit. Please allow between 10 – 15 days for delivery from the time you have placed an order.

Shipments outside India may be subject to any import charges, duties, VAT or taxes – the same will have to paid by your end. Please contact your local customs office for any questions regarding these specific fees. The prices on Accessories 4 Retail are exclusive of taxes or any other charges.

All orders must be in INR (Indian rupees only).

Transit Times
Mon-Sat before 6 pm IST – Order is processed the same day (excluding holidays) and will ship within 48 hours.

Shipping Center is Closed on Sunday

Tracking your Order
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by visiting “account” located at the top right of the homepage. Once you login to your account using your email address and password, click on “Orders History” to view past orders and current orders that you have placed.
